  • New from our Ocarevolution line, the "MaxRange" extends the range of a double ocarina by 3 notes, just one note shy of a triple ocarina! In addition to an extended range, the second chamber also boasts a strong and resonant tone.

    This compact ocarina is about 5.5" long, accurately tuned in the key of C Major, with a pitch range of more than two octaves (from A4 to F7). It also has the capability of performing all the sharps and flats.

    We have included an detailed fingering chart, a Zelda Songbook, and Folksong for Ocarina Volume One with this ocarina. If you would like to have other songbooks instead, please let us know. We'll be happy to switch them for you.

    Good tone except on one note

    This is my first ocarina so take this with a grain of salt but so far I'm satisfied with it. I've been using an online tuner to make sure I'm hitting the right notes and it seems like this ocarina is tuned well, although D6 is really difficult to hit properly which is a shame because a lot of the songs I play use that note. Every other note is a breeze (even the highest notes on the second chamber) but that one note always sounds a bit airier than the rest no matter what I do and if you don't blow properly it can easily turn into a C#.

    So overall very easy to play except that one note. It was also a bit uncomfortable to hold at first but you do get used to it. Overall I'm happy I made this my first Ocarina. I like the tone.

    Great instrument

    This instrument is wonderful and I am completely happy with it. It sounds perfect, not piercing, and is very easy to play. I wish it had come with a fingering chart as the description promised. The only reason I said I wasn't likely to buy again is that I have all the ocarinas I need now. If I were ever in the market again, which seems unlikely, I would definitely consider this seller.
