Refund Policy

We are happy to issue refunds for damaged products, returned products, and faulty products.

Please contact us at service@stlocarina.com within 10 days of receiving your order if you wish to receive a refund.

Please be prepared to provide pictures and/or sound samples of any issues with the product(s) you have received from us.

Once we receive and confirm your request, we will send you a refund within 2 business days. 

There is a 35% restocking fee for each product refund, except in cases of faulty products. Customers are responsible for returning items to us, and we reserve the right to issue a refund if we deem the returned items to be damaged or in unsatisfactory condition based on the original condition when received.
