Shipping Policy

Please note:

All ETA’s calculated from date of shipment, not order date.

We are now including insurance on every order (some limitations apply). Please see details here.

We will ship your order within 2 business days unless we inform you otherwise, and we do not ship over weekends or major holidays.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do before it is shipped. Once a package is shipped, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

If the package and/or contents are damaged during shipping, you must provide a digital photo and order number within 24 hours of receiving the package in order for your claim to be processed.

USA Domestic Shipping Rates:

-Domestic Shipping (Usually with UPS): $12 ETA 2-7 business days.

-USPS Priority: $17 ETA 3-5 business days.

-USPS Express: $60 ETA 1-3 business days.

Canada Shipping Rates:

-International Priority: $20 ETA 5-10 business days.

-International Express: $50 ETA 3-8 business days.

-USPS International Priority: $50 ETA 7-14 business days.

-USPS International Express: $70 ETA 3-8 business days.
