    Ghosted

I had an issue with a nice size scratch on the ocarina. Was immediately emailed back telling me that a replacement would be sent to me immediately.. then I was probably ghosted and have sent several follow-up emails only to be ignored and then received this email for a review. It's very upsetting to be ghosted when I was excited about ordering more in the future.
Now the quality of the instrument is nice. It's just that one scratch that I have on it. I sent pictures and multiple emails was I only responded to immediately to be ghosted..
Looking forward to actually hearing a response and figuring this out.
I did. STL does provide top notch quality when it comes to sounds and ocarina's. This is just a rare occurrence where I seem to be a razor knife scratch on the instrument purely cosmetic but I would like the issue to be solved.
Thanks again. I do appreciate what you guys provide.

    Good solid first ocarina!

I’m 66 and learning to play the ocarina for the first time. This plastic Zelda ocarina is very solid and sounds great. (When I play the right notes). I love it and I am going to buy one for my grandson to learn on.

    Impressed and ready to Learn

The instrument is very nice. I am glad of the purchase and the start of my journey in learning the ocarina. Very big thank you to STL Ocarina for the wonderful instruction manuals and sheet music available! I am in the habit of training for a few minutes every day throughout the day. With this being my first time with the ocarina I'm very glad the plastic tenor ocarina in c major sounds are as good as they are.

    It doesn’t sound good

Yes DO NOT buy the plastic Ocarina. It is not tuned at all. Please save your money. Disappointed.
