I look forward to the challenge of learning how to play the ocarina with my left hand. This ocarina is crafted well, and is easy to hold. The high notes are not perfect on mine, but overall it sounds very nice. I am excited to play a left handed ocarina. :)A
As a left handed person, it never occured to me that all the instruments were for a right handed player until I saw the left version. So far I am not disappointed! My hands are comfortable, not stressed or strained. The material and sound are high quality. It is scary to think that if I wanted to buy any other normal ocarina, that it would be difficult to relearn it right handed.S
This is my first wind instrument and I enjoy learning how to play it. The left-handed ocarina is shaped very nicely. I gave it 4 stars because I thought it was pure white; petty, I know. But I did take months researching which wind instrument I was going to learn and the choice of the left-handed ocarina has not disappointed.
Tip: finger position and breath makes the difference in clarity of sound.
All in all, I made the right choice.S
I got this ocarina as soon as it became available. It has a beautiful sound. I've been waiting for a left handed ocarina for years. Thanks STL Ocarina!
