12 Hole Tenor Ocarina "Aria" (2 Colors Available)
Designed by the winner of STL's first Star Search Competition, Cris Gale, the Aria 12-hole tenor ocarina was designed to be beautiful, as well as ergonomic. It's long tapered shapes allows notes to transition from high to low with ease while the longer mouthpiece offers tone stability and a comfortable grasp.
The Aria ocarina measures 7.5 inches long and is made from quality ceramic. It's been accurately tuned in C Major with a pitch range of 13 notes. This exquisite instrument is available in black and green. While it was designed for techniques, a beginner can certainly start with the Aria and master its potential.

This will be my second ocarina. I have a soprano that I love but needed something that wasn't going to wake up the neighbors lol
Note: I did not receive my method book with this purchase.e
my third ocarina from STL & now my favourite of my trio. the ergonomics are perfectly suited to my hand size. I love the long tail which makes playing the highest notes easier by having a spot to grip my pinky. I wish more ocarinas had this shapely design. props to cris gale! if anyone from STL reads this, please make the aria in a d tuning!N
Even though I’m living in the Netherlands, the delivery was relatively fast. The ocarina itself is gorgeous; I still have to start playing it but I could already hear from the first try-outs that the sound is very clear.B
Easy to play- thanks to STL and Gina’s YouTube videos! It was lighter weight than expected and easy to hold, the fancy tail of this one was slimmer than most and my little pinky finger is able to grasp hold as needed. I’m almost 60 yrs old and have some arthritis in my hand, I can play this for about 20 minutes before needing a break. The hole on the left pinky finger is large, I have tiny finger pads and hands, I know I’m getting tired when my notes sound a bit off. I’ll buy the newer ergonomic ocarina next with the mouth hole angled slightly easier and hand placement as well. I have perfect pitch hearing and the tone is so perfect - need to blow a bit harder to achieve high notes it’s on target. Overall I LOVE the tone, the book instruction, the online instruction, and Gina’s videos on her opinions and how to play. I can play 2 Zelda songs currently and am working on revitalizing my note reading using the purchased STL instruction manual. I opted to buy the instruction fundamentals book 1 because I wanted to play by notes and not by ear. It’s a good lesson book for new and experienced. I will also add a soprano ocarina and a bass ocarina in my future. I give this company an 11 out of 10 A+! From selection, purchase, delivery, online instruction, and follow-up - I’m absolutely DELIGHTED with this quality instrument and STL. In my lifetime I’ve played the flute long ago, guitar, piano, mandolin, and switched to Native American Flute 6 years ago with my arthritis. The Ocarina was a lovely addition to my other beautiful instruments. I fell in love with the tone and the Zelda songs, it offered something brand new to this older lady! Bravo STL you win my support!C
My ocarina hasnt arrived yet, so there for I am not able to give a review ^^
