Looks and sounds beautiful, has a bit of a learning curve if you haven’t played wind instruments before but it’s a pleasant challenge.

    Ocarina arrived damaged

My ocarina arrived damaged and no one got back to me when I asked if there was anything that could be done. Only silence

    Great First Ocarina

This is my first ocarina and I really enjoy it. I especially like that it comes with QR scan code that takes you to a webpage showing the notes and finger placements. It has been very helpful for learning.

    It’s very nice

I like the ocarina and it’s about all i expected; it’s a pretty piece. I probably wouldn’t want the engraved “stl” on it if I got to choose. One thing I didn’t anticipate as somebody who had never played the ocarina before (and i don’t blame stl as they advertised as such) is that I’d yearn for something a bit bigger so that it’s more comfortable. If it’s your only ocarina I’d keep that in mind.
