Terms and Conditions for STL Ocarina All-Stars Membership

  1. Membership Fees
    Membership fees are charged annually and are as follows:
    • U.S. Residents: $50
    • Canada Residents: $75
    • International Residents: $100
      Membership fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in these terms.
  2. Membership Duration
    Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and will not automatically renew. Members will need to repurchase membership at the end of each term to continue enjoying the benefits.
  3. Membership Benefits
    Members are entitled to the benefits listed on the program page, including free standard shipping, exclusive discounts, early access to new products, a personalized gift with their first purchase, birthday surprises, and one complimentary 15-minute one-on-one lesson with an expert instructor.
  4. Benefit Limitations
    • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.
    • Personalized gifts are limited to one per member, with the first purchase only.
    • Birthday offers are valid for a limited time and may not be combined with other promotions.
  5. Membership Cancellations
    STL Ocarina reserves the right to cancel or terminate any membership at any time and for any reason. If we cancel a membership, a full refund will be issued for the current year. No other compensation or refunds will be provided.
  6. Member Cancellations
    Members may choose to cancel their membership at any time. However, membership fees are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation by STL Ocarina, as outlined above.
  7. 15-Minute Online Lesson
    Each membership includes one complimentary 15-minute online lesson with an expert instructor. STL Ocarina reserves the right to terminate the lesson at any point, for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, harassment, or if the instructor feels unsafe. No replacement lesson or refund will be issued if the lesson is terminated due to misconduct.
  8. Changes to the Program
    STL Ocarina reserves the right to modify or discontinue the All-Stars Membership program, including benefits, fees, and terms, at any time. Members will be notified of any major changes via email or on the website.
  9. Eligibility
    This membership program is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. STL Ocarina reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone at its sole discretion.
  10. Misuse of Membership
    Any misuse of the STL Ocarina All-Stars Membership, including but not limited to sharing membership benefits with non-members or engaging in fraudulent activity, will result in immediate termination of the membership without refund.
  11. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
