If there is a problem with your order, you need to contact us within 10 days of receiving your package.
We will send you return instructions, and you have 10 days to return the items back to us.

Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Please address all returns to:

Please include your original order number with your return, and note the reason for return. Without order information, we will be unable to process your return.
Please allow 20 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We reserve the right to withhold your refund if we deem the items to be damaged or in unsatisfactory condition.
Please note, the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. There is a 35% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for mailing the items back to us.
